Ten years of published writing and ideas from South
Asia’s premier review magazine is now available on http://www.biblio-india.org/.
Biblio:
A Review of Books is South Asia’s
pre-eminent review magazine with a loyal readership among scholars,
academics and the intelligentsia and with regular contributions
from a growing pool of eminent authors and thinkers from the region
and also from across the world who write about South Asia.
A bi-monthly
publication established in 1995, it carries reviews and essays
on themes as varied as Indian Writing in English, Caste politics,
Communalism, Gender, Indian Cinema and Art, to Globalisation, Development
and Ecology. Some of the most established scholars in these fields
– Michael H. Fisher, Barbara Metcalfe, Sanjay Subrahmanyam, Mushirul
Hasan, Romila Thapar, Thomas Trautman, Arvind N. Das, Jan Breman,
Pico Iyer, Rukmini Bhaya Nair, Sagarika Ghose, Tabish Khair, Bruce

publishing, Biblio is now introducing the Biblio
